We have taken our time in rebuilding this amazing gym over the last 7 years, with huge changes to the layout, improved facilities and the best equipment possible. We now have over 12,000ft of gym space offering unrivalled strength and cardiovascular equipment from the best manufacturers in the industry. Nothing is more frustrating than waiting for equipment during busy periods, knowing that, we have a huge amount variety in every muscle group, we also have multiple sets of dumbbells so there’s no more waiting around for that popular pair.

We offer over 30 classes per week in our 2 studios, Top instructors will guide you through challenging and rewarding sessions to get you the best results possible. We also have excellent personal trainers with a vast amount of knowledge and experience for any goal!
